  • What is your cancellation policy for maker classes?

  • How are you keeping us safe during the pandemic?
    We're doing everything we can to ensure safety for all our teachers, students and staff. We are disinfecting the studio in between classes, have cut our class sizes and also require everyone who enters to wear a mask and wash their hands! Your safety is our priority.   • What should I wear to a maker class?
    Maker classes can be up to 3 hours in a single session. That being said, you'll want to wear shoes and clothing that you will be comfortable in. Additionally, depending on the class you'll want to wear something you feel okay with getting dirty.
  • Where is parking?
    Parking is free anywhere in downtown Carrollton. If it's busy and you can't find a spot on the street close to our studio, there are several public parking lots located around the downtown area. Visit https://historicdowntowncarrollton.com/downtown-map.
  • Do you have open studio hours?
    Studio open hours are generally when lessons or classes are occurring at the studio. For new student inquires, please visit our website and fill out the "Request Info" form. Calls and emails are also welcome!
  • What does the cost of a maker class include?
    The cost of a reservation includes a seat at the table and all materials for the assigned class.
  • Can I bring food?
    We don't allow outside food or beverages other than a water bottle.
  • Who should I contact if I am having trouble with billing?
